Privacy Policy

"Tiff" helps you reflect on and analyze relationship conflicts, offering emotional support and communication advice. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information, including your name, email, location, or contacts.

All conversation records you enter are stored exclusively in a local database on your device.

When you request an AI analysis, your conversation content is sent to an AI service provider (OpenAI-compatible API) to generate a response.

• ·All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.
• ·The API key we use is bound to a dedicated account. The provider does not use your content for model training (see the provider's privacy policy).
• ·Your data travels directly from your device to the AI endpoint — it does not pass through our own servers.

If you use voice input, the app will request microphone access. Audio is processed via Apple's Speech Recognition framework, subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not store any audio data.

If you enable notifications, Apple's Push Notification service (APNs) generates a device token for your device. This token is used solely to deliver notifications and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

• ·We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA).
• ·We do not include third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel).
• ·We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
• ·We do not access your camera, photo library, location, or contacts.

You can delete any conversation at any time within the app. Deleting the app removes all local data. Since we don't store your data on our servers, no separate deletion request is needed.

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
